Drawn to Places
Where Time
Leaves Marks.
"I began photographing abandoned places long before it was fashionable — not for the thrill, but for what they tell us about who we were."
Hollow North Photography began as a personal archive — long drives into Northern Ontario, BC interior back roads, the Prairie flatlands. The camera was a way of witnessing before these places vanished entirely.
Over six years, the archive grew to span two distinct bodies of work: the raw wilderness of Canadian landscapes in every season, and the quietly disappearing structures that mark where Canadians once built lives.
Each print in the collection is treated as a documentary object — not decoration, but a record. The kind of image that invites you to stand close and stay a while.
